University Center Expansion and Renovation

Project includes approximately 68,000 SF of new construction (University Center Phase III).  Construction comprises of two large ball rooms, food preparation, and conference centers as well as retail, food service, office space, and commuter and student services.

Project also includes approximately 100,000 SF of renovation.  Major renovations include upgrades of campus kitchen and dining areas, life safety improvements, and complete renovation of office and student service areas to meet current campus needs.

The student center was in use during this renovation and addition.
