Utilizing state-of-the-art software and our own proprietary models and data, we work closely with clients to design buildings and systems to meet their needs.

Technologies include building information modeling, load flow/short circuit/device coordination/arc flash software, and photometric analysis software, CFD modeling, dynamic hydraulic models, early/rapid energy modeling, and our own database of building cost and energy use to develop design concepts that meet our clients’ performance, schedule and budget goals.

We coordinate with utility providers, architects, engineers, and others to craft designs that are user-friendly, budget-conscious, and attuned to the Owner’s program of requirements. We use 3D modeling to provide designs that are true to form from the earliest stages, refining the design as the project progresses.

Planning for Tomorrow

We understand that the systems we design must perform well for decades. We account for future flexibility, scalability, and resilience in our designs to the extent allowed by budget and owner requirements.

Our default approach for critical use buildings is to allow for renewal of MEP systems without building shutdown for the expected life of the building.
