Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the new men’s and women’s practice basketball facility for the University of Texas at El Paso.
The space includes:
- Two Basketball Courts.
- Athletic Offices for Men’s and Women’s Basketball.
- Donor Hall/Reception Area.
- Hall of Honor.
- Strength/Training Room.
- Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms.
The project has variable air volume single and double duct systems with variable speed drive, constant volume systems, variable flow chilled and hot water system, and DDC controls.
