Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) design services for this facility to be designed and constructed in two phases. Phase I consists of 54,000 square feet with 1,500 seat Concert Hall, three-story Grand Lobby, Administration Offices and Support Space.
The MEP systems were designed to control noise, and provide proper environmental conditioning. Duct work was oversized to lower air velocities to reduce noise.
Special light systems were designed to provide lighting for several scenes.
