Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. assignment for this project was to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design engineering services.
The existing Student Center was demolished and replaced by the new building. Existing bookstore remained operational during construction.
The new student center contains commons area, auditorium/theater, conference/ballroom, student lounge, computer center, bookstore, game room, large cafeteria, kitchen, administrative offices, student publications, student senate chambers, conference rooms, and admissions and financial services.
SSA designed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate the varying requirements of this facility.
