As part of the McCombs College of Business Strategic Master Plan, Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. provided detailed assessment of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the existing facilities to determine remaining useful life, and ability to serve changing programmatic needs in the building.
SSA also provided system concepts, renovation staging plans, and conceptual layouts for renovated and new spaces in conjunction with the architectural and program options explored in the master plan.
Additionally, SSA provided energy performance and sustainability goals for new and renovated spaces.
