College of Veterinary Medicine Master Plan

Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. was part of the design team that designed the 30-Year Development of the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine.

The objectives of this study were to prepare a plan for the development of the CVM campus over 30 years.  This included buildings, pasture land, and a large equine facility north of F&B Road.

SSA provided the thermal and electrical distribution portion of the master plan.  Based upon the concepts and timing of future buildings on the campus, SSA provided a plan to expand and extend the thermal and electrical utilities as the campus is developed over the next 30 years.
