Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. provided MEP engineering services for the 64,000 SF, 3 story build-out at the Memorial City Joint Replacement Center. The Center provides surgical, pre-op, post-op, family and administrative support to over 900 patients every year. Each floor would include 6 operating rooms, Pre-OP/PACU, 18 inpatient beds, registration, pre-admit testing, lab, gym, conference center, waiting areas, physician offices, and support spaces.
