Projects

BP has leased several floors of the Eldridge 1 office building in west Houston.  This project is consisting of a floor by floor renovation of 5 floors.  There was minimal demolition of the space.

Shah Smith & Associates, Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design for the renovation.  While there was minimal demolition of the walls, the mechanical and electrical systems had to be reconfigured to match the new number of occupants and equipment moving into the space. 

At the present time two of five floors have been designed and submitted for permit. Behringer Harvard (BH) is the Owner of the building and SSA worked closely with the BH facility staff to ensure the new design operated within the parameters of the core systems of the building
