SSA is currently providing MEP engineering services for the South Campus Research Building 5 (SCRB5). This building will include approximately 600,000 gross square- feet of core shell and fit-out area.

The project will include public common areas, core lab and building service spaces on the first floor. The second floor will include additional core lab spaces, building service areas, along with flexible core laboratory program areas. Typical floors levels 3–7 will include flexible laboratory, laboratory and open office program areas. A mechanical penthouse will sit above the highest occupied floor level.
